#WeLovePianists

YOKOSO! Welcome piano fans around the world!

Birgit is especially proud of her yellow cherries and every year she looks forward to the lush harvest with which she delights neighbors and friends. Whether in the form of homemade cakes or exotic chutneys.

For a juicy sandwich and freshly brewed, strong coffee, Birgit leaves everything alone. Who needs canapés and champagne adorned with gold leaf when instead you can enjoy such an unadulterated natural taste, but with the best ingredients?

The evening dawns and it slowly gets cooler. Time to light a crackling fire in the fireplace and review the day musically at the piano. It is these quiet hours at the end of the day that Birgit especially appreciates.

Her dog is also happy about the almost boundless freedom that the country life offers at Birgit’s side and enjoys the sun as much as her caresses. And when she also brings out the much desired delicacies, the four-legged happiness is complete.

As with melodies, scents are associated with lifelong memories. A scent can suddenly transport a person into another time or trigger very specific emotions. Birgit especially loves the scent of her roses and therefore spends a lot of time raising and caring for these precious plants.

Years ago a good friend gave her a used Kawai wing, which Birgit would not want to miss anymore. Besides the delicious vitamins from her own cultivation, Birgit keeps herself fit with daily piano playing and regular chess games. We are very impressed by the positive effect of this obviously extremely effective combination and officially recommend it to others.

Birgit looks back on a successful career as an entrepreneur. And this in an era when professional self-realization was by no means the order of the day for women. But like Kawai, Birgit was always a step ahead of her time. In the meantime she enjoys her well-deserved retirement in the countryside and grows fruit and vegetables in her huge garden.

Those of you who haven’t downloaded a fitness app to your smartphone by now at the latest, or extended your annual contract at the gym, really can’t be helped. And for everyone else we have the following tip: play the piano again. You will not regret it.

Anyone who wants to label Andreas as a hardened fitness guru inevitably fails because of his own superficiality. Because in his role as an independent business consultant and marketing professional, Andreas not only demands the muscles, but also the grey cells of his clients. His expertise is in demand and he has already helped many founder on his way to a successful business model.

Yes, outrageous, isn’t it? He can also still dance. And how! Obviously, a veritable cornucopia of talents was poured out over Andreas, but of course he would never have made it this far without endurance, tireless training and passion. And there is one thing he knows only too well: without continuous practicing and trying, there is no development. Neither on the piano, nor at work, nor in sports competitions.

Higher, faster, further. A life without sporty ambition is simply unimaginable for Andreas. In his supreme discipline, the sprint, he won numerous medals in his youth. He still passes on his experiences from this time in workshops to the young athletics talents and ambitious hobby runners.

Once the Battle Ropes have been set into vibration, they visually remind us of the double strand of human DNA. Andi’s biological roots are in Colombia, but he was adopted by German parents when he was a baby. When long-distance travel will finally be possible again, he is eager to visit the fascinating land of his ancestors.

Hard shell – soft core. It sounds like this phrase was invented for Andreas. Because whoever experiences the uncompromising way he works the sandbag during boxing training cannot believe his eyes and ears when the same hands sensitively reach into the keys of the piano.

Andreas is always on the move. While others torment themselves in the gym to stay in shape, the twenty-seven-year-old’s irrepressible urge to move helps him in his work as a personal trainer and health expert. It’s frustrating for most of us, but Andi has usually done more exercise on Monday evenings than we’ve done in a whole month.
